PriceCal is a Print Commerce System for print businesses. It brings together Printalogue and a proprietary Pricing Engine so you can sell configurable print products online.
What is Printalogue?
Your storefront — we call it Printalogue — gives customers a place to browse, configure, order, and pay. It is the customer-facing part of PriceCal.
Who is PriceCal for?
PriceCal is for printers, brokers, resellers, agencies, distributors, and online print sellers. You do not need a physical shop to sell print online.
What makes the Pricing Engine different?
Print prices depend on more than a single fixed price. The engine applies your product rules for size, material, quantity, finishing, and other specifications.
What types of print products can I set up?
SmartCal calculation methods cover products such as sheet printing, booklets, signage, merchandise, and boxes. The right method depends on how you calculate each product.
Do I need an existing website?
No. Printalogue can serve as your online print store, using a PriceCal subdomain or your own domain.
Do I need programming knowledge?
No programming knowledge is required for the standard setup. You will need to prepare your product information, options, and pricing rules.
Can I use my own pricing?
Yes. Your pricing rules power the calculations. You can also use CSV pricing tables for suitable products and option combinations.
Can customers order and pay online?
Yes. Online ordering and payment are part of the Print Commerce System. Available payment integrations include Stripe and HitPay; setup and provider availability depend on your business.
Can customers use a phone?
Yes. Customers can access Printalogue in a browser on mobile or desktop.
How do I choose a plan?
Match the plan to your products and order workflow. Review the current plan details on the registration page, or contact the team to discuss your requirements.
How long does setup take?
Setup depends on the number of products and the complexity of your pricing. Prepare your product details, pricing tables, and business information before you begin.
